A freshly renovated private suite with its own entrance — clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, whether you're here for work or the water.
You get a private entrance, a queen bed with quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and in-suite laundry — all at no extra cost. The suite is bright and modern with warm lighting and contemporary finishes: a smart TV, a private stand-up-shower bathroom, and a Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster for easy mornings.
Outside your door is one of the property's favourite spots — a shared screened-in pine patio with a Blackstone griddle, a fire table for evening hangs, a dining table, and Bluetooth speakers. Free street parking is right out front.
Getting out on the water: kayaks are available to rent for Rainy Lake or the river, and a bicycle is available for guest use at no charge. Voyageurs National Park is a 30-minute drive.
The host, Riley, lives upstairs and is happy to share local tips while giving guests full privacy — the suite has its own separate entrance with no shared hallways.
Right on the Ontario–Minnesota border along Rainy Lake, Fort Frances is the base for lake days, quiet work trips, and easy access to the border crossing. Voyageurs National Park is a 30-minute drive, and kayaks are available to rent right from the property.
